One representative per territory at first, so leads never overlap.

What you do

Introduce the BCB Transaction Hub to contractor owners you already know: monthly accounting about 90% automated, with job costing and WIP reports.
Register each prospect in the Rep Portal. A registered lead is protected for 90 days, and each logged follow-up adds 30 days, up to 180.
Join the closing call. The founder leads it and answers the technical questions.

Who we are looking for

Fluent Spanish and working English.
Contractor owners who already take your calls: insurance producers, supply-house and equipment-rental sales reps, payroll and construction-software resellers, former contractors and estimators.
A clean reputation in your local construction community.
Not eligible: people who sell or broker loans, credit, factoring or surety bonds.

Commission

Monthly fees, client months 1 to 12	20%
Monthly fees, client months 13 to 24 (while you remain a representative)	5%
Setup and onboarding fees	25%
Annual prepaid plans	20%

Commission only: no salary, draw or expense reimbursement, and no fee to join. Paid by the 15th of the following month. Refunds in a client's first 90 days reverse the commission on that fee. Independent contractor role under a written Sales Representative Agreement; the agreement governs.

The rules every representative follows

Never promise financing, bonding, credit or loan approval, and never introduce a client to a lender, investor or surety.
Describe the service as about 90% automated, with the client approving the exceptions.
Never present Business Capital Blueprint as a CPA firm.
Never collect money, bank account numbers or client documents.
