Our policies are transparent and accessible. Please review them before subscribing.
1. Memberships are billed on a monthly or annual basis through Stripe. You can cancel anytime.
2. Monthly generation allowances reset on the 1st of each month. Unused allowances do not roll over to the next month.
3. When you cancel, your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period. After that, access to tools, reports, and member-only content ends.
4. You keep any files you have already downloaded (PDFs, DOCXs, checklists) after cancellation.
5. Refund requests for unused subscription time are evaluated on a case-by-case basis. Contact us within 14 days of a charge to request a refund.
6. Annual subscriptions may be refunded on a pro-rated basis within the first 30 days. After 30 days, annual subscriptions are non-refundable.
